Online Course:
I Am Calling You - A 43-Day Creative Camino

Starting March 15th 2023

Join us for a 43-day virtual journey to live a more soulful life in your daily routine, inspired by the book "I Am Calling You" by 'Unnamed Woman.' This online course is a call to reflect, create, and connect as we walk through everyday life.

Each day, you'll receive a simple reflection to read, watch, or listen to for just five minutes. Then, take a 25-minute walk in your local area and notice what stirs in you and what's happening around you. Finally, express your experience in a way that's meaningful for you through journaling, drawing, dancing, painting, or any other creative outlet for about 30 minutes.

The course also includes weekly live Zoom gatherings for deeper connections and discussions on what's coming up for you. The course is open to people of all spiritual traditions or none, and the method is gentle, simple, and creative.

Learn traditional storytelling to capture your audience. How do you tell a story when you don’t use a book? This hands on and experiential workshop will teach you the skills of storytelling. You will be told stories in a few different ways so you can see how it is done, practice yourself and increase in confidence. Learn how to use props such as simple toys, puppets, your hands and body. Traditional storytelling captures the imagination, aids concentration, builds connection between the teller and listener, and is fun.

Workshop:
Inner Child

Be in touch with and dialogue with your inner child by finding ways to listen to the inner child’s needs, and to meet them. Explore playful ways to connect with spontaneity, flow states, creativity, self-compassion and the colours of who you are. We may loosen inhibitions or self-consciousness that may be creating blocks. This workshop is designed to increase connection and resourcing, it is not group therapy.  You may wish to bring your own journal to the workshop, or there will be paper provided.
