Room Hire

Facilities

Please note all peoples in any room at the Creative C will need access to toilet, front door and kitchenette.

KITCHENETTE

Includes: sink, fridge, 2 kettle, microwave, tea and coffee offerings, with cutlery, mugs, glasses, jugs, kettle, microwave, chopping boards, vases, a variety of teas, coffee, filtered water, bar fridge, a variety of plates and cleaning products, aromatherapy diffuser and essential oils,  T-towels and cleaning products for sink and space.

MATERIALS and STORAGE SPACE

What you can use as part of the hire costs:

5 trestle tables:

x12 Fold out chairs
x6 Drawing boards 

Drying rack for artwork, paint brushes, water containers, palettes.

Shelves on wheels that hold materials and resources that can be moved and also used as drawing boards

Play therapy resources such as dollhouse and props, blocks, soft toys, medical toys, sashes,  sandtrays

Meditation resources
x10 Blankets
x8 Half mats 
x8 Inflatable head rests

Cleaning equipment such as broom, mop and stick vacuum cleaner and eco friendly cleaning products

For an extra fee you can use replenishable materials such as:
Paper from the roll, a variety of paints and drawing materials, soft and oil pastels, pencils, craft, and sowing magazines for collage, a range of glues, wool, cardboard for construction, felting and much more!

WAITING ROOM

On opening the glass front door on street level, you travel up the stairs into the foyer space. Through the front door is the waiting room. A small cosy warm room where clients and participants can gather and wait.  It has hand sanitiser, 2 comfortable chairs and a lamp.

TOILETS

Located in the foyer at the top of the stairs

PARKING

Ample daily parking available in the back carpark.

As well as 2-3HR parking closer to the shops.

WIFI & Office

Password Available on the first day of your scheduled booking.

Printer/ scanner, paper and general office supplies 

CLEANING

We ask that you leave it in similar cleanliness and tidiness as it was upon arrival. All equipment and materials to be put away neatly and wipe down tables, sink and mop floor. Cleaning products available.

COVID SAFETY

Hand sanitiser and marks  are provided including soap and paper towels at sink.

You are responsible for your group or client and will need to follow current COVID safety practices as set out by https://www.safeworkaustralia.gov.au/covid-19-information-workplaces. 

You are responsible for COVID safe cleaning of surfaces and door handles.

An air purifier is provided for ventilation.
